Dr. Mathías Fariña Partner

Lawyer graduated from the University of the Republic. In 2018, he settled in Madrid and graduated from the renowned Master's in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).

For more than 10 years, he has led the practice in the Sports and Entertainment Industry. He also practices both Corporate Law and Intellectual Property.

He worked in Madrid for a leading global firm in the Sports industry, with which he currently has a partnership and collaboration agreement. In our country, he has provided services for renowned law firms.

Belén Fernández Sports

Lawyer graduated from the University of the Republic specializing in advising national and international soccer players, clubs, federations, and agents. She has participated in numerous complex cases (transfers, doping, etc.) before various organizations: AUF, CONMEBOL, FIFA, and the CAS.

She is the author of numerous national and international publications on sports law and was a member of the Commission that drafted the new AUF Professional Soccer Player Statute, approved in February 2024.
